An extended Third Altitude consultancy contract with Montreal-based Piber Corporation aimed at designing a recruitment model + job placement technology which integrates an understanding of four unique job performance criteria (as evidenced by research in the fields of positive psychology and vocational counseling) – together with four vocational assessment tools (including an interview model, specific psychometric evaluations and personality tests) that have consistently demonstrated the highest level of predictive value with regard to candidates’ future job performance.

Established a consultancy group which designed ‘Integral Performance Strategies’ for corporate, government and non-profit institutions seeking integrated multi-disciplinary solutions for recurring industry-specific challenges

Community Initiatives
1997-2000 Co-President and Marketing Director of The Wake Up Tour
Student movement to revitalize social involvement on North American campuses. Developed, organized and carried out while still a full-time undergraduate student.
- Conceived and developed the organization’s mission that offered North American students an exciting way to awaken their involvement in social activism
- Conceived, coordinated and managed a diverse program of events over a period of three years: Wake-Up concerts, Stay-Up programming, ongoing educational events
- Also functioned as the Marketing Director, coordinating all advertising and communications strategies for The Wake-Up Tour.
Achievements
- Over three thousand North American students attended Wake-Up Tour activities
- Raised over $100,000 from private and community donors for initial start-up costs.
- Received personal letters and pledges of support from Prime Minister of Israel, Nobel Prize Laureate Elie Wiesel, Chairman of the World Jewish Congress Edgar Bronfman, Directors of Hillel International, World Union of Jewish Student and Lights in Action.
1998-2000 Student Director and Co-creator of The Futures Conference
Annual trip to Israel which featured an assembly of twenty undergraduate student leaders, hand-picked from North America campuses
- Created and coordinated a three week lecture and workshop series on youth leadership, social activism and community betterment
